Who we are
USPA is the international team of professionals gathering into an exporting company with core business in supplying of fresh and frozen fruits, berries to 42 countries mainly within South-East Asia, India, Middle East, Europe, Africa regions. We are well known in supplying fruits, berries, chicken eggs, sunflower oil and agricultural commodities around the globe, mainly from Ukraine, but also from other Central Eastern European countries. Our main goal is to arrange the supply chain directly from the farm to the customer. The fundamental experience in quality control, logistics and trading we have been highly evaluated by our customers withing dozens of countries. USPA prides itself in growing the businesses of our partners who we are happy to cooperate and to have close relationships with for the years.

    What you will be doing
    As an International Account Manager / Sales Manager you will be dealing with the frozen fruits and berries trade internationally. You have a lot of contact with customers. You will be responsible for
    front office sales and will have support of our back office team.

    Commercial Department
    Within USPA there is an open and dynamic atmosphere. The structure is flexible and everyone has a chance for the growth and new challenges. The sales team is developing constantly with the
    teammates and the products expanding to the new geography. Together we bring USPA to the world.

    What are you responsible for?
    • Expanding existing and developing new customers;
    • Establishing and maintaining good relationships with customers through company visits;
    and trade fairs;
    • You are able to (help with) implement sales plans and set commercial priorities;
    • You analyses and adjust performance and report to the CCO;
    • You translate the wishes and needs of the customer.

    What do you bring?
    • Minimum of 1+ year experience in account management/sales management with the relevant experience;
    • You are a strong communicator and have a good command of the English language;
    • Willingness to travel if necessary;
    • New customers, new vision;

  • Marketing manager

    So, if you have relevant background:
    • higher education;
    • work experience from 1 Marketer, Pr-manager, Brand-manager
    • experience in international marketing (preferred);
    • successful experience in developing the company's products and brand;
    • experience in creating and implementing successful marketing strategies;
    • knowledge of the basics of SMM promotion: Facebook & Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok;
    • creativity and leadership skills, organisation, independence, proactivity;
    • intermediate level of English (must be).

    We’ll expect from you:
    • creation and implementation of marketing and communication strategies;
    • formation of Brand, PR and SMM strategies;
    • customer development, portrait formation, creation of value propositions for the target audience;
    • copywriting (writing and publishing advertising texts), PR;
    • competitor analysis;
    • promotion of the company's main products in B2B segments;
    • interaction with partners and vendors;
    • promotion of brand events;
    • monitoring the effectiveness of marketing activities.

  • Assistant of International Account Manager / Sales Manager

    So, if you have relevant background:
    • higher education (we are ready to consider final year students);
    • experience in B2B sales (preferably);
    • experience in foreign economic activity (preferably);
    • knowledge of Ukrainian language - fluent, English (Intermediate or higher);
    • responsibility and care in working with documents;
    • knowledge of Incoterms;
    • experience in foreign economic activity (preferably);
    • analytical skills, good memory and attentiveness, work for results, sociability, teamwork, self-motivation, initiative.

    We’ll expect from you:
    • development and increase of sales of our products;
    • active search for new customers abroad, building a customer base (cold contacts);
    • increase in sales volumes;
    • conducting telephone conversations and correspondence with foreign companies;
    • execution of the procurement process, logistics;
    • processing and consolidation of information.

  • Purchasing manager (fruit and berries)

    So, if you have relevant background:
    • higher education;
    • at least 1 year of experience (experience in food procurement, must be);
    • knowledge of the procurement market (food);
    • knowledge of Ukrainian language - fluent, English (intermediate level);
    • preferably with a personal car;
    • ability to process large amounts of information;
    • good communication skills, independence, organisation, punctuality, self-organisation, active life position, quick learning and dedication.

    We’ll expect from you:
    • development of a procurement strategy (fruit and berries);
    • organisation of procurement (fruits and berries);
    • quality control and timeliness of deliveries;
    • control of loading of goods in the supplier's warehouse;
    • negotiating, concluding agreements and contracts;
    • participation in tenders and selection of potential suppliers;
    • building communications with existing suppliers and searching for new suppliers;
    • monitoring the market and competitors in the area;
    • maintaining and preparing reports.

  • International Account Manager / Sales Manager (FMCG)

    So, if you have relevant background:
    • higher education;
    • at least 1 year of experience as a sales manager in the FMCG segment (must be);
    • experience in building a distribution system and developing commercial policy;
    • fluency in Ukrainian, English (Intermediate or higher);
    • experience in foreign economic activity;
    • knowledge of the specifics of export sales and organisation of foreign economic activity;
    • experience in establishing contacts and negotiations with foreign partners;
    • ability to present the company, yourself and the product;
    • certain achievements in the field (increase in sales, development of the region, increase in customer loyalty, etc.)
    • having a base of partners and ideas for developing the company's export business will be a significant advantage;
    • ability to sell, work for results, communication skills, teamwork, high negotiation skills, perseverance, self-motivation, initiative, responsibility, independence.

    We’ll expect from you:
    • search and maintaining relationships with new customers;
    • development and increase of sales (FMCG products);
    • search for new clients and partners (cold and warm contacts);
    • work with existing contacts and agreements;
    • increase in sales volumes;
    • meetings with potential partners, concluding agreements;
    • interaction with the back office;
    • controlling the implementation of related processes with the back office;
    • presenting the company's products and yourself as an expert.
